When you enter to win VIP your name is put in a virtual hat. I select VIP winners randomly from that hat. Before extending that evenings VIP I send an e-mail confirming which date you were planning on coming in. If you do not respond to this e-mail, you will not get VIP. The last 5 winners have ignored communications and forfeited their VIP passes.
